The reproduction is solid with close attention to detail. The handle is black wood with three steel rings. The pommel of the sword is a red cross inside the octagon from the movie. The scabbard is wooden with a black semi gloss finsh. The drag of the sword is polished steel. A leather cord has been wrapped around the scabbard. The scabbard throat is polished steel. The guard is 440 Stainless steel with the exact same design as the sword from the movie. The blade of the sword has been constructed from 440 Stainless Steel with a false edge and sharp point. A ridge runs down the center of the blade. Overall Length: 22 1/2 inch
